The Gin-ger and Caramel Cake, developed by Liam Beauchamp (aka ‘The Gin Baker’), is soaked in a rich gin syrup and finished with a generous drizzle of Bonne Maman Caramel. This sumptuous Christmas cake is sure to be at the top of everyone's Christmas lists!

The oh-so special ‘Yuletide Flip’ cocktail is sure to get you into the festive spirit… This unique blend of Bonne Maman Caramel and Batch Premium Gin is ideal to share when entertaining friends and family or to enjoy whilst putting your feet up afterwards. Devised by JJ Goodman of the London Cocktail Club, the ‘Yuletide Flip’ is simple and delicious…
Ingredients:

30ml Batch Premium Gin

20ml triple sec
-
20ml Irish cream liqueur

1 whole egg

1 heaped teaspoon of Bonne Maman Salted Caramel or Hazelnut Praline Caramel.
Method: Simply shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, or blend in a blender with two ice cubes. Serve over ice, with a twist of orange rind. Enjoy.
