Our take on the French, Poire Belle Hélène, our Pear and Chocolate Mousse is a delectable multi-textured dessert. The creamy vanilla mousse is delicately whisked with generous pear pieces, then topped with indulgent chocolate sauce offering a delightful, fruity dessert.
