  • 13 mini gingerbread men
  • 15 all butter shortbread stars
  • 6 lebkuchen hearts
  • 9 lebkuchen stars
  • 50g frosty cranberries
  • 6 dark chocolate florentines
  • 50g walnuts
  • 50g dried cranberries
  • 50g Bonne Maman Hazelnut Chocolate Spread
  • 200g chocolate balls
  • 75g fresh cherries
  • Herbs to garnish

Method

Method

  1. Take a square tray and in the centre of the board, add the walnuts, dried cranberries, chocolate spread and frosty cranberries to individual ramekins.

  2. Next, add the dark chocolate florentines in a row at the top of the board and the star shortbread in a row at the bottom.

  3. Add the Lebkuchen and gingerbread and fill the remaining spaces with the chocolate balls and cherries.
