Put the flour, sugar and salt in a bowl.
Whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla extract and gradually beat into the dry ingredients to form a smooth batter. Finally, whisk in the melted butter.
Heat a crêpe pan over a medium heat. Pour in a ladle of the crêpe batter and swirl the batter around the pan. When the batter changes colour, flip the crêpe and cook for a few minutes more on the other side.
Serve your crêpes with a generous spoonful of Bonne Maman Strawberry Conserve, a spoonful of whipped cream, fresh strawberries and a handful of flaked almonds.
