Paddington Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 4 Slices of doorstop white bread
• Butter, to taste
• Bonne Maman Bitter Orange Marmalade, to taste

Method

1. Simply spread each slice of bread with butter and marmalade, sandwich together and cit off the crusts if you wish (although Paddington bear loved his crusts!). Cut in to triangles and serve.
