Croque-Monsieur with Strawberry Conserve, Marshmallows and Chocolate

Ingredients

• 4 slices white bread
• 6tbsp Bonne Maman Strawberry Conserve
• 4 white marshmallows
• 30g dark chocolate

Method

1. Heat up the sandwich toaster.

2. Thickly spread two slices of bread with the Strawberry Conserve. Cut the marshmallows in half and place them on top of the Strawberry Conserve. Grate the chocolate over the marshmallows, then close the sandwiches with the two remaining slices of bread.

3. Put the sandwiches in the toaster for 3-4 minutes.

4. Serve immediately.
