Use your hands to mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 200°C/ 400°F/ Gas Mark 6.
Place the chicken and the marinade juices in a roasting tray and toss them through again. Roast in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately.
These chicken wings are also great with Bonne Maman Apricot Conserve instead of Bitter Orange Marmalade.
